Hi, I was wondering if anyone might have additional information regarding the QC process of the expression data for the AMP-AD Diverse Cohorts data. I wanted to confirm whether or not age and sex were regressed out of the final expression matrix. And if not, how might I get access to resources that would uncensor the ages in order to regress out age? To that point, I was also wondering where I might find information about the QC steps for the Consensus TMT data located at syn25006611. I was wondering if age, sex, and PMI were regressed out for that data.
