Dear all,
while exploring the repository, I noticed that, despite the data not being there yet, there is a folder for the UC Irvine data generated on the Abi3 S212F mice (syn26943727) as part of the MODEL-AD consortium, with a seemingly comprehensive description of the datasets available.
Since we are performing some comparative analyses on these GWAS AD-like murine models (at the moment using the Abca7 and Bin1 transgenic mice), it would be helpful to corroborate them using a third AD risk variant such as S212F Abi3 (or the Picalm or Clu mice, if available). I am wondering if there's even a very broad ETA on when these data might be available through Synapse (and if they will be available at all, but I think that should be indeed part of the MODEL-AD mission).

We are hoping to release the Abi3 and Clu studies by the end of the year, but I can't make any promises as we have not yet received all of the data for those studies.
You may be able to get access to the data you're interested in sooner by reaching out directly to @agomezar at UCI.
