Dear all, I am reaching out about the metadata files of all bam files in syn21188662. I have found a metadata file syn21088596. But it doesn't include disease status, such as AD or control. Hello! You will need 3 metadata files total to match RNA files -> individual disease status. First is the file you already found (syn21088596), second is the biospecimen metadata file (syn21323366), and third is the clinical metadata file (syn3191087). You will need to merge RNA metadata + biospecimen metadata by the `specimenID` column in order to match RNA samples to individual IDs. Then you can merge that data with the clinical metadata file by `individualID`, and you should end up with all of the clinical information matched to RNA samples. Some of the clinical fields like diagnosis are coded with numbers instead of the actual diagnosis.
