Hi there, I am trying to map the pathology metadata of the 427 participants selected by the MIT_ROSMAP study with the Seurat object that the group used in the" Single-cell atlas reveals correlates of high cognitive function, dementia, and resilience to Alzheimer’s disease pathology." Specifically, I would like to access the pathology information, such as overall amyloid level, plaque burden, tangle density, and clinical cognitive phenotype etc. Does anyone know where I could find these metadata?
