In the file SEA-AD_individual_metadata.xlsx from Synapse project id: syn2580853, I see various diagnostic metrics such as 'Cognitive status', 'diagnosis', and 'Consensus clinical diagnosis'. Can please elaborate what each is in the context of SEA-AD? Thanks,

I am not sure. That could be a good follow-up question to bring up in the thread I linked to since the topic is very similar.
Thank you for your reply. Do you know if samples with a "Control" consensus clinical diagnosis have Alzheimer's disease, if not, how are they different from the Neurotypical reference. Best, Ashay
@aopatel Hi Ashay, Apologies for the late response. Here is a link to a recently addressed post that I believe should answer your question: https://www.synapse.org/Synapse:syn2580853/discussion/threadId=12441?replyid=35763
Any updates?
@victor.baham Hello, Thank you for your response! I checked dictionary and values. However, from my end they don't seem to define consensus clinical diagnosis. Diagnosis is defined and cognitive status seems to be straightforward. In the context SEA-AD what is consensus clinical diagnosis? Best, Ashay
Hi Ashay, Thank you for your question. The [syn31149116](https://www.synapse.org/Synapse:syn31149116) file contains three sheets; "template," "dictionary," and "values." You can visit the the dictionary and values tabs for more information about the diagnostic metrics in the context of SEA-AD. If you have any other questions, please feel free to revisit this forum post. Kind regards, Victor
