In the file SEAAD_MTG_RNAseq_all-nuclei.2024-02-13.h5ad, when opened, the meta data contains ATAC and multiome information. Is this file intergrated across omics types? I was under the impression that is was just all the snRNAseq samples from the MTG from SEA-AD cohort (84 individuals) used in the manuscript https://www.nature.com/articles/s41593-024-01774-5 ?
