Which version of Data Use Certificate (DUC) form is required for data access request?

Hi. After clicking the 'Request Access' button, the webpage requires us to download 'the most current version of the Data Use Certificate' and provides version 7.3.1. However, the newest version of DUC form is v8.1 (syn25441378). Which version of DUC form is actually required?

Hello! The DUC was updated to v8.1 to include information on updated NIH polices, but we were then notified after the fact that enforcement has been delayed. We have reverted back to the previous version v7.3.1, so please use that version that is provided for you. Let us know if you have any further questions. Thank you, Melissa
