syn51735458 one sample bam file is missing

There are 8879 files within this folder, with 4440 bam index files (bai), and 4439 bam files. There is one bai without its corresponding bam file (syn51720298), specifically 29679\_TCX.FCHMK7HDSX2\_L3\_IACACTAAG-ATCCATAT.bam. Is this supposed to be the case? Thanks,

Hi All. The original bam had been converted to cram in our archive. I've re-converted it to bam and can upload it and a new bam.bai file. I looked in the Emory+Mayo project path specified through https://www.synapse.org/Synapse:syn51720298 , but don't appear to have upload rights. Please let me know which project I should upload the update to. Thanks, Matt
