Hello, I am using the MTG dataset from SEA-AD and have recently downloaded the SEA-AD_individual_metadata.csv (syn31149116) to confirm the donors' informations. However, there is no diagnosis from these individuals in the table (rows 86 to 90) and I haven't found this in the Allen Brain Map website either. Please, is it possible to confirm if these donors have, at least, any kind of cognitive impairment? Thank you so much!

@andrea.benedet, as Melissa indicated, there is no diagnosis information for those individuals. This is because these individuals are part of the adult reference cohort and not the aged SEA-AD cohort. The single nucleus genomics data from the reference donors are utilized to build the reference taxonomy of brain cell types, which we compare the aged cohort to.
