I am currently working on matching ROSMAP bulk RNA-seq (brain) IDs with ROSMAP array genotype data. While both datasets are reported to overlap for approximately 1,000 participants, I have only been able to match around 700 IDs successfully. Here is the data I am using: **Array fam files: **ROSMAP_arrayGenotype.fam **Array metadata:** ROSMAP_assay_snpArray_metadata.csv **RNA-seq metadata:** ROSMAP_assay_rnaSeq_metadata.csv **Clinical file:** ROSMAP_clinical.csv **Biospecimen metadata:** ROSMAP_biospecimen_metadata.csv I would greatly appreciate any guidance or suggestions on where I might be missing the remaining matches. Are there specific fields, formats, or additional metadata files I should be considering to ensure a comprehensive match between these datasets?

Hi, I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble with this. My first suggestion is to check the full list of ROSMAP metadata files [here](https://adknowledgeportal.synapse.org/Explore/Studies/DetailsPage/StudyData?Study=syn3219045#StudyMetadata) to see if there are any additional ones that are relevant. Please let us know if this doesn't help you resolve your issues. If you do need additional support, please include the synIDs of the specific data and metadata files that you are referencing. Best, Jessica
