Dear Synapse Team, We are interested in accessing the processed 10X single-cell data for syn52293442. While the RDS data files can be easily accessed, we would like to know if there is a way to match the cell IDs with their corresponding de-identified patient information (such as age, sex, disease conditions). Right now there is a 'projid' column in the meta data, which we assume stands for project id? Where could we match this project id with other information? Thank you very much for your assistance. Hello! I am so sorry for the delay. It looks like this data uses project IDs from the original ROSMAP study. The metadata file you need is here: https://www.synapse.org/Synapse:syn3191087, which includes a `projid` column as well as age/sex/pathology information.
