Dear all,
Im using syn2580853 ROSMAP counts filtered raw;
and tried mapping the individuals to ROSMAP.clinical.csv syn3191087
but there is zero overlap in them.
same deal occurs for ROSMAP_RNAseq_FPKM_gene.tsv syn3505720
I think im doing something wrong but not sure what;
i tried deleted the ^R for the ROSMAP clinical.csv['individualID'] column and the underscores "_" in colnames of syn2580853 ROSMAP counts filtered raw but they do not match at all.
Would really appreciate some advice on this,
many thanks!

The ROSMAP_assay_RNAseq_metadata.csv ([syn21088596](https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn21088596)syn21088596) and ROSMAP_clinical.csv ([syn3191087](https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn3191087)syn3191087) files have specimenID, projid and individualID columns in them. Can you please help us map these three columns?
Thanks
Ritwiz Hi @klai001 , the column headers in the two counts files should actually correspond to the `specimenID` column in the ROSMAP biospecimen metadata file (syn21323366). The biospecimen file then maps each specimenID to the individualID of the donor, and you can use that to join the data to the full clinical metadata.
Let me know if that works!
Abby
