Projid available for MIT_ROSMAP_Multiomics_individual

I have a question regarding the metadata deposited in syn52430346. Is there a way to map the individualID or subject column to the ROSMAP projid? Or is the only way to get this information by a data request at RADC? Best, Matthias

Hi @rrajesh, as of my knowledge, you need to file an additional request at RADC (https://www.radc.rush.edu/home.htm) for the missing covariate data.
Hi, The original Mathys paper has individual clinical data related to tangles, amyloid, diabetes and several other variables not found in the Rosmap_clinical.csv file. How do I access the other covariate data?
