Dear all, we are trying to re-analyze the scRNAseq data from Olah et al., 2020 (https://www.nature.com/articles/s41467-020-19737-2) but the link indicated in the original manuscript leads us to a folder ( https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn21438358) where we cannot find any temporal lobe epilepsy (TLE) data, which were used as a control in the manuscript. Any idea why that would be? Is the labeling incorrect or are the data actually missing from the repository (or perhaps just located elsewhere)? Thank you so much for your help and let us know if you need any more information! Best, Matteo Rovere

Hi Jessica, thank you so much for your help! I will reach out to the authors and ask them if they can also update their Synapse data, since according to their Data Availability statement all the scRNAseq fastqs should be stored here. Best, Matteo
Hi Matteo, Unfortunately we do not seem to have the TLE control data in Synapse, so your best option is to reach out to the authors of the paper to ask them where you can find it. I also see that while we have fastq files for AD1-9, we don't have any for the AD10 donor referenced in the paper . I'll ask around to see if our team knows anything about those missing files, but since this data was uploaded over four years ago I'm not sure if I'll be able to find any useful information. It may be worth also asking the authors about the missing AD10 files when you contact them. Best, Jessica
Re-upping this thread. We have also noticed in the meantime that the AD10 sample appears to be missing too.
