Hi, Can you say if there was a ribosomal RNA depletion step or a poly A selection for mRNA during RNAseq library preparation for monocyte RNAseq? It is not mentioned in the procedure steps.

Hi, Have you checked the ROSMAP_assay_RNAseq_metadata.csv ?? ([syn21088596](https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn21088596)) It has the libraryPrep column and it looks they used rRNAdepletion step. Thanks, Tamina
