Clarification of columns in the pQTL data file

Hi, Hopefully I haven't missed a README or explanatory text elsewhere but: - Could you confirm that the variants are reported on GRCh37 - Which one of the columns A1 and A2 are the beta, p-value and standard errors calculated against? I.e. which is the effect / risk allele? Thanks Alistair
