Hi everyone, Thank you for this resource! I was interested in doing some differential gene expression analyses with this data, however I am a little confused on which data is available. I saw that there should be a transcriptcountmatrixallsamples.tsv file that contains the kallisto estimated counts as well as effective length. However, in the web interface I only see the following expression matrices in the current_release folder: gene_tpm_matrix_all_samples.tsv transcript_tpm_matrix_all_samples.tsv.gz transcript_tpms_all_samples.tsv.gz I am unsure if this is an issue on my end, or if there is some sort of error?
