Hi @kdaily , This is a question regarding the difference in Antimicrobial and Antimicrobial_I columns in the AMR Prize Data. For example, Ampicillin and Ampicillin_I are not in agreement with each other with missing values in one of these when the corresponding value is populated. Could you please provide us some clarity on these Antimicrobial and Antimicrobial_I columns and what rules were used to derive these from each other? Thank you

Ampicillin refers to the MIC value while Ampicillin_I refers to the categorisation of the resistant, intermediate or susceptible as explained in the guidelines. If the value is missing it means that either there is a missing information or it could not be categorized. Thank you Francesca
