When exactly will the mid-way submission be closed?

Hi Pablo, On the announcement, it says submissions to the leaderboard are open until Nov 5th. Does it mean the leaderboard is closed by 11/5 midnight (11/5 11:59pm EST) ? I'm not sure if you mean eastern time. Thanks, April
