20/40/60 genes file

We just downloaded the data sets in the Resources folder, and we are wondering if the 20/40/60 genes csv files suppose to only contain gene names. It looks like a matrix of 1297 cells x 20/40/60 genes, but it now only contains column and row names without any data. Thanks, April

OK I see! Thanks for the clarification!
They should have the names of the 20/40/60 genes used and then the 10 most probable positions (all different) for the 1297 cells as indicated by a number from 1-3039. So the matrix to be submitted is 1303x10 for the 60 genes in sub-challenge 1, 1301x10 for the 40 genes in sub-challenge 2, 1299x10 for the 20 genes in sub-challenge 3 thanks Pablo
