Hi @HirbeLabatWUSTL, We are preparing the access restrictions for this project and I noticed that you have some folders that are not in "milestone" folders here: https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn11638896 ${entitylist?desc=false&list=syn22228303%3Bsyn22228300%3Bsyn22014008%3Bsyn22014007%3Bsyn22005731%3Bsyn22034944%3Bsyn22034946} I also see that many of the files contained within these folders have JHU ids. Are these supposed to be in this project, or in the NF1 biobank project? I also noticed that there's one data folder that is not in a milestone folder- which milestone is this from? ${entitylist?desc=false&list=syn22077577} If you let me know where these should go I can get them moved. Hi @allawayr! Generally the original PDXs from this project and Christine's biobank are being re-analyzed and supplemented in the NFRI supported syn21984813, so it's challenging to keep things straight (in addition to some staff shifts at WUSTL - James started his PhD!!) so sorry for the confusion. I'll be keeping the harmonized analysis on the new project because I believe this project is over. -sara

Thanks James, Per @hirbea's request, I moved the sequencing files (everything listed in the first table of my initial post here) to a new 24 month milestone folder that I created. For the Histology photos, we would consider these Data. Do you know which milestone they should go under? Thanks! Robert
