Hi @HirbeLabatWUSTL,
We are preparing the access restrictions for this project and I noticed that you have some folders that are not in "milestone" folders here: https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn11638896
${entitylist?desc=false&list=syn22228303%3Bsyn22228300%3Bsyn22014008%3Bsyn22014007%3Bsyn22005731%3Bsyn22034944%3Bsyn22034946}
I also see that many of the files contained within these folders have JHU ids. Are these supposed to be in this project, or in the NF1 biobank project?
I also noticed that there's one data folder that is not in a milestone folder- which milestone is this from?
${entitylist?desc=false&list=syn22077577}
If you let me know where these should go I can get them moved.
Thanks!
Best
Robert
Created by Robert Allaway allawayr No worries - based on an email Angie sent it sounds like the raw data that was already uploaded should still live in this project (24 month milestone). Let me know if I've misunderstood!
have a great weekend!
Robert
Hi @allawayr!
Generally the original PDXs from this project and Christine's biobank are being re-analyzed and supplemented in the NFRI supported syn21984813, so it's challenging to keep things straight (in addition to some staff shifts at WUSTL - James started his PhD!!) so sorry for the confusion. I'll be keeping the harmonized analysis on the new project because I believe this project is over.

Wonderful - thanks for the quick response! I think adding histology photos to the new 24 month milestone would be appropriate.
Thanks!
James Thanks James,
Per @hirbea's request, I moved the sequencing files (everything listed in the first table of my initial post here) to a new 24 month milestone folder that I created.
For the Histology photos, we would consider these Data. Do you know which milestone they should go under? Thanks!
Robert
Hello Robert.
For the PDX Histology photos, this folder can be moved to** File > Analysis**
For JHU ids, yes we intend to keep them in this synapseID syn11638893.
Thanks!
James
