RNA-Seq data

Hello, I am quite interested in this proteomics dataset. I would like to know whether RNA-Seq was also performed on the same samples that were used for proteomics analysis. If yes, are these RNA-Seq data publicly available? Thanks, Wenrui

Hi wenrui I donot have RNA-seq data performed on those samples. the RNA-seq data I cited was just for comparing the identification gene number from RNA-seq method and proteomics method. The RNA-seq data was download from atlas https://www.proteinatlas.org/about/download. I donot know what exactly that data is for. sorry for responding so late. Lingyan
