I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from the Federal University of Paraná (2004) and earned both my Master’s (2008) and Ph.D. (2012) in Psychobiology from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte. My scientific career is grounded in Physiology with a strong specialization in Neuroscience/Psychobiology, where I have developed expertise in ZIF-268 expression, immunohistochemistry, electrophysiology, learning and memory processes, emotional memory, sleep-dependent memory consolidation, hippocampal and amygdalar function, and neuronal assembly dynamics.
I am currently a postdoctoral researcher at the Laboratory of Artificial Intelligence Applied to Bioinformatics, where I integrate neuroscience and computational biology, applying advanced vectorization techniques to transcriptomic datasets to explore new frontiers in data-driven neurobiological analysis.
