With over five years of expertise in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), I am a dedicated professional specializing in management and analysis of middle to large datasets, including households, facility, and youth data in Kenya for PMA (Performance Monitoring for Action) and PMA Agile, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and actionable insights of the collected data.
In this roles, I demonstrate a strong proficiency in data collection, processing, and reporting, driving impactful decision-making and program optimization. Through their ability to manage complex datasets and utilize data visualization tools, I have consistently supported evidence-based policy development and program improvements.
I possess a solid understanding of monitoring methodologies, including quantitative and qualitative techniques, and have collaborated with various stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and donors, to enhance project implementation. Am is also skilled in training and capacity building, empowering field teams and partners to effectively gather and use data for monitoring interventions.
