I am Chair of the Department of Perinatal Health at the National Institute of Public Health of Mexico and a National Researcher (SNI) level 2. I was a consultant with MEASURE Evaluation from 2011 to 2015, facilitating Workshops of Program Impact Evaluation in Mexico, South Africa,India and Nepal. I am a full member of Sigma Xi, the Scientific Research Honor Society. My interests are in Epidemiology, Maternal & Child Health, Program Impact Evaluation and Applied Statistical Methods.
