• I like computers, math, biochemistry, and molecular biology, so I got a Ph.D. that mixed, to the best of my knowledge the four things • I have been part of pioneers the use of machine learning to evaluate the interactions of the proteins. • I contributed to my teams I have worked by improving the accuracy of the calculations and speed up the algorithms using high-performance computing. • I implemented and developed several algorithms to improve the predictions of biophysical models from 50% to more than 84% without using deep learning • I have continued to train myself into high-performance computing and its application to modeling bio-molecules • I'm pursuing a career where I can use my abilities as a data scientist with my domain knowledge
