I am the Director of Computational Biology at Arc Institute, an independent nonprofit research organization at the interface of artificial intelligence and biology. I lead a team that partners with Arc's Core Investigators and Technology Centers to turn large-scale experimental data into biological insight. Our work focuses on functional genomics approaches to decipher the cause of disease, especially Alzheimer's disease. Previously, I held positions at Denali Therapeutics, Verily and Genentech.
